DT Heather Valentine's Coloring without boundaries: January Showcase

As some of you might have guessed there has been some change at Lacy Sunshine lately. There is a brand new team and we are all about coloring!! How great is that? Coloring is my passion and the reason I even started making cards in the first place.

DT The Sketchy Challenges: Sketch and/or Valentine!

DT Elisabeth Bell's World: Valentine's Day!

Hey peeps! It's time for another challenge at Elisabeth Bell's World - our fantastic challenge where you can use any image as long as it is designed by Elisabeth Bell.

 

This time we have Valentine's Day as our theme!

 

This is my take using On Cupid's Cloud  from Elisabeth's digital collection.

 

 

 

I have used papers from my stash and tried to go a bit out of the box on the design. Added a lot of die cuts such as the heart border from Memory Box, the angel wing from Magnolia, the banner from La La Land and clouds from Whiff of Joy.

 

Here is a close up on the image... he's colored using Copic Markers.

DT Lovely hÄnglar or Sweet Magnolia: Anything goes reminder!

As some of you might know I was doing the happy dance the other day as I made the DT at Lovely hÄnglar or Sweet Magnolia Challenge blog and boy was it a crazy dance! Soooo excited and also very intimidated to be on a team with sooo many talented ladies. As you might also know they have made some changes to their challenge and it is now a montly challenge and I'm part of the midway reminder team. 

The theme this month is "Anything goes" so all you need to do to join is to create anything using either hÄnglar or Magnolia images... 

This is my take... 

I love winter but am starting to look forward to spring with the leaves coming and the early flowers so I made a spring-ish feeling card.

The papers are from the Maja Design Collection "Coffee in the Arbour". Added a Happy birthday banner from Memory Box, a fence from La La Land and some dragonflies from Magnolia. 

I colored the image with my Copic Markers. 

Added flowers, a charm and lace... 

More flowers...and another butterfly charm...

DT DigiBells: January Release and BLOG HOP!

Today it's time for a new release... it's about time - don't you think!?! We are so happy to welcome not one but TWO stunning Elisabeth Bell designs back as digis!!! Yeay!!

This is my creation using Snowbaby Peek-a-boo. 

The papers are from Bo Bunny. I added lots of dies from Joy/Noor Design (the icy border, the snowflake border, the doily and the mittens).

DT Paradise of Magnolia: Anything but winter OR go all in winter!

Today it's time for another challenge at Paradise of Magnolias!!! This time the theme is set to "Anything but Winter"... so go ahead and pick pastels and what nots... but nooothing Christmas or winter... 

This is my card... went all in with pastels and a really spring-ish feel... 

I have used papers from Maja Design "Coffee in the arbour"... the birds are a die from Noor Design/Joy Crafts, the fence is from La La Land, the upper swirl is from Memory box and the lower is from Magnolia. 

I masked two images together and colored with Copic Markers.

Merry Christmas!

Ok so did you all notice that the days are just flying by? I mean...we are already half through January... before we know it it will be summer... and then it's full speed for Christmas... last year I wasn't even able to send Christmas cards to all my friends as I didn't have time to make as many... So this year I'm starting early!!! 

Here is my first one... 

The wonderful papers are from Carta Bella.... I *heart* them!!! Added some die cut outs as well... a snowy swirl... a pair of mittens from Joy/Noor Design, snowflakes from IO. The sentiment is a die from Rox Stamps and it means Merry Christmas.

I added flowers and some frosty berries and a little bow.

Exciting news!!!

OMG!! Today I have some really exciting news!!!

DT Copic Marker Sweden: Challenge Birthday+10 flowers

Today it's time for a new challenge at Copic Sweden... The theme is to make a birthday card and add 10 flowers. 

This is my take.... 

I used papers from Prima for this card, from a collection called Fairy Belle. The sentiment is from Memory Box.

Here is the image called Bubbles from Saturated Canary. 

Flowers... I cut out a bit from the paper to show the fab patern in the corner. 

The fence is a die from La La Land. A key charm....
