DT Hobbyhärvan: Altered chocolate box with Bildmålarna!

Today I'm sharing a chocolate box I made for one of my son's preschool teatchers. For my card I've masked two of Bildmålarna's images together - the sweet Lucia and the fire place.

I used my Copic Markers to color the image.

I also used the gorgeous paper with the straw goat... Gotta love that paper living Gävle, Sweden as I do. We have the worlds largest straw goat built in our town every year and it's world wide known as it burns down most years. It is however a crime to burn it and sooo sad to see the town's largest Christmas decoration go up in flames. Hope to see it make it until Christmas this year....

Sorry that was a bit off the topic.... I've used some spider web ribbon and gorgeous flowers from Petaloo along with the sentiment from Bildmålarna and a darling Christmas Bells charm.

I hope you are all enjoying your evening and I wish you a magical weekend and first advent!

A card for fun with Bildmålarna!

Today I'd like to show you a card I made just for fun... I dug out this cute Mimosa image from Bildmålarna and had a good go with all the embellishments... As they say - more is more... ;-)

The sentiment is on a banner - the text says " a greeting at Christmas time"....

Close up on the image - it's from last years Christmas collection and I still loooooove it! I used my Copic Markers to color her. Still practising how to color fur but I'm acctually quite satisfied how it turned out on the bear this time...

Loads of flowers....

A smaller collection of flowers and a ice skate charm....

The papers is from last years collection from Bildmålarna as well.... Been keeping them for a  "special occasion" and this was it... Thought they matched the qute image... :-D

Have a magical evening all!

I'm entering my card to the DT call at  Bildmålarna

DT Copic Marker Sweden: My baby boy's birthday card!

Card posted for Copic Marker Sweden....

A while ago my baby turned 5 years old... Yikes, time sure does fly by!! Feels like only yesterday he was just a baby... Now he's a little boy who really knows what he wants and what he doesn't want.... *heart* I'm so blessed he came into my life!!

This is his birthday card - he wanted a carpenter on it (his dad is a carpenter) and he wanted diamonds on it (bling).

Here is a close up on the image - please visit Copic Marker Sweden to know what markers I used to color.

Details.... This little wrench was a gift from MormorMargareta - a dear crafting friend of mine!

From the side... Not that many decorations for being me... ;-)

Thank's for stopping by my blog today! I'd love to hear from you so feel free to leave a comment! Have a magical day!

DT Whiff of Joy Challenge: A sketch!

Today it's time for a new challenge at the Whiff of Joy and this time my talented teamie Karina has made a sketch for us all to play with. I love her sketches - they always leave room for inspiration!

This is my take:

I colored my image with Copics and I do so adore this little Santa girl helping to check the list. If you didn't know it by now - Christmas holds a very special place in my heart!

I've used flowers and a little christmas bell for embellishing along with Pearl Maker gold. The sentiment means "Winter greetings".

Hope you will be able to join us this fortnight! Have a magical evening!
