DT CMS: A sketch!

On Saturday we launched a new challenge at Copic Marker Sweden and it's a new sketch - this time by my friend and teamie Tussan.

Gray: C 1 ,3 5

Shoes: E79, 71

From the side... I put her in 3D cushions so make it more effectful.

DT EBWC - April Showers bring May Flowers!

Can you believe it's the 25th already!?!? This means that we have a new challenge at Elisabeth Bell's World  and the theme is "April Showers bring May Flowers" - use spring colors and lot's of flowers.

I've used this adorable image from Belles 'n Whistles.... So sad that they are not arround any more... :'( I colored the image with my new Prisma Pencils on craft cardstock. This is only my 3rd attempt at coloring with them so be gentle... :-D (I'll show my second attempt tomorrow and my first on April 30th).

Here are some of the flowers.... Butterflies of course.... I also used my ladybug punch from Martha Stewart....

The gorgeous papers are from the Grapich 45 Secret Garden collection.... *heart* It's soooo beautiful!!

DT Whiff of Joy Challenge: Spring!!!

Today the sun is shining outside and the last bit of snow is finally off my lawn... It sure was about time?!?! The feeling of spring arriving is great as the new challenge at The Whiff of Joy is "spring".

 

 

This is my take on this challenge - I just had to use this lovely Maya with her apron full of flowers...

DigiBells Bloghop: Little Friends!!

DT CSAYL: Celebrate Snow!

Today it's Friday and that means a brand new challenge over at . The challenge for this week is "celebrate snow" - to use snow, snowflakes, snowmen... anything snow on your card. I struggled a bit with this challenge as we have gotten 4 meters of snow this winter and it was just this week that my lawn acctually melted out from under all the snow... I love snow but by mid-April it should be gone.... ;-)

For this challenge we are sponsored by Fred She Said and I got to work with this adorable image called Winter Chickadee so I just had to get my distress inks out... :-D

This is my take on the challenge for your inspiration: 

Here is the card up front. The papers are from a set from Panduro. The snowflakes are punched out using Martha Stewart's snowflake punch.

Here is a close up on Winter Chickadee. I've added some white flower soft as snow on the twigs.

The snowflakes... It shows bad in the picture but I added stickles to them so that they would look frosty.

Big News!! Simpler Times by Elisabeth Bell for Flower Soft/Katy Sue!!

Today I'm happy to let you in on a wonderful secret.... Today is the launch day of Elisabeth Bell's new and first collection for Flower Soft called Simpler Times. I have never seen anything like this so I'm sure you will be in for a real treat as well!

DT DigiBells and a GDT Call!!!

Good morning peeps!

Today is a very special day for more than one reason. Before I get to today's post I have to ask you to please, please visit me again during the day as I have some exciting news to share with you all.... It's is amazing and you do NOT want to miss it!!

This is my take - I've added buttons from Santa's coat. 

The image is from Lili of the Valley and I used my Copics to color it. Love to color in brown and blue...
