A layout for SweScrapbook!

Today I'd like to share a layout I made for SweScrapbook - I used a sketch by Webmosterhelene.

The papers I've used are from Maja Design. The photos are of my eldest - from last fall.

GDT Scrapfabriken - En julkalender!

Nu är jag här igen med mitt nästa alster för Scrapfabriken. Idag tänkte jag visa er en julkalender. Väldigt pillig att göra men förhoppningsvis blir den lilla mottagaren glad :-D

Jag har använt mig av tändsticksaskar (modellen som är något större än vanliga tändstickor). Jag har svärtat alla askar och lådor med en inking tool och distress dyna Frayed Burlap.

Här är en bild på överdelen - dekorerad med en stickers från arket Fundamental Stickers. Jag har använt en privat die och stansat ut järneksrankan och sedan duttat med Pearl Maker men Liquid Pearl är ungefär samma sak. Bokstäverna kommer från arket Expression Stickers.

Blomman har är flera delar av vit hydrangea - jag har mistat delarna med glimmer mist i färgen burnt red, knölat ihop delarna och låtit dem torka. När de torkat jag har försiktigt vecklat ut delarna och limmat ihop dem.

Pappret heter Naughty or Nice.

Jag har använt ett motiv från Wee Stamps som heter Holly och färglagt med distress refiller.

Här en bild från sidan - jag har bara påbörjar jobbet med att sätta små tråd-snoddar så man kan öppna lådorna. Skulle tro att jag nog är klart till december ;-) Pappret jag använt till att klä sidorna med heter Peace Love Joy. Pappret jag använt som bottenplatta heter Merry & Bright. Jag har dekorerat med stickers från Fundamental Stickers.

Sista sidan - här har jag använt en liten stämpel från ett set som heter Gingerbread Kaylee och färglagt med distress refiller. På askarna har jag satt fast siffror från Countdown Stickers för att man ska veta vilken lucka man ska öppna just idag.

DT EBW - Glimmer, Shimmer and Shine!

Wow... I seem to have a new project for you every day.... That's what happens when you have been a bad blogger for a while - things pile up :-D

Today we are launching a new challenge over at Elisabeth Bell's World and this time we want to see you creation sparkle as the theme is "Glimmer, Shimmer and Shine".

Here is my take on the theme:

The image is from Whiff of Joy and I used distress refils to color her. She's sooo adorable and I'm glad I finally got a chance to color her...

I decorated the card sparingly and used the sentiment that came with the image - I embossed it with sparkly gold. The papers are from Bo Bunnys collection from a couple of years back - or was it last season... I don't remember but I love it all the same :-D

DT Hobbyhävan - Hat for a witch!

Today I'd like to show you my lastest project for Hobbyhärvan. It's a witch's hat!




I used only cardstock, lace and Pearl Maker for this project. The image is sweet Mimosa from Bildmålarna colored with Copics.

DT Whiff of Joy Challenge - Boo!! Spooked You!

Today we are launching a new challenge at The Whiff of Joy Challenge blog but we are making a few change as of this day. We are moving the challenge to a new spot - the World of Ideas blog. Isn't that great? All Whiff of Joy inspiration gathered at the same place!!!

The theme for this challenge is "Boo! Spooked You" and this is my take:

Here is a close up on the cute witch from Whiff of Joy.... I'm so sad that I havn't been able to get any of the recent Halloween images yet - they are soooo cute! But then again - who can resist this cutie?!?! :-D

I cut out som bottles from a dp that I have from Hobbyhärvan - Destilled Venom and Purified Evil.... Scary!! :-)

I used glimmer mist to spray down a bit of cheese cloth and glued little toy spiders on to the "webb".

Tickled Pink Stamps for SweScrapbook!

Today I have a new card to show you featuring an image from Tickled Pink Stamps. The sketch I used is from SweScrapbook and so fun to work with. I had to cut out my image as I wanted the layout of the card to show. Usually I never cut out my images.... :-D

The papers are from a paper pad from Simple Stories. I chose not to embellish my card at all this time as I wanted the fun sketch to be seen.

Magnolia for SweScrapbook!

Today I'm back with a new card and I just adore this cute ice skating Maggie! I've used Ullis' sketch over at SweScrapbook for this one and I truly enjoyed working with it.

The papers are from Echo Park - called Winter Park and I juuuuust loooove them!! Aren't they cute?!?!

I colored the image with Copics this time.

Happy Birthday with Magnolia!

Today I'd like to show you a birtday card that I made for a girl at my job who turned 45 a week ago.

I used a new Magnolia image for this card and colored it using Copics. She's from the Christmas Collection but I thought she fit perfectly for a birtday card as well - love the versatile images the most!! :-)

Here is a close up on the decorations, lots of ribbons, bling, a doily and a tag (Asamia style!! :-)

Papers are from Prima - Tea Thyme. Looove them so much!! The butterfly is a Magnolia die and the sentiment is from hÄnglar and stÄnglar.

The leafy swirl is from Cheery Lynn. I also used flowers, lace and a Martha Stewart punch to decorate it.

Here is the other corner - flowers and a corner die from QuickQutz.

DigiBells release day - Bloghop!!!

Hi my sweeties!! Sorry I havn't been around much lately but there is so much going on in my life at the moment I just don't seem to find the time.... Today I'm here anyway as we are releasing another one of Elisabeth Bell's gorgeous digital image called Bella Donna and Hoot. She can be found in Elisabeth's Digital Gallery.

This is what I did:

I used my G45 papers from last year - still love them!!! The spider web border is a punch from Martha Stewart.

Today I used my Copics for coloring. For the background I used dry chalk to create a cloudy sky.

I have used a some flowers from Reprint and Wild Orchid along with some cheese cloth and spiders from the toy store for my card. Hope you like it!

Gäst-DT hos Scrapfabriken!

Hey my friends!! First nothing in forever and now two postings in one day - yes, I have a post later tonight for the DigiBells bloghop. This posting will however be in Swedish as I have been asked to be a gdt for a swedish scrapbooking shop called Scrapfabriken. Lucky me right?!?! :-D

Jag har fått förmånen att gästa Scrapfabriken under en månad och det ska verkligen bli jättekul! Ett väldigt inspirerande och generöst DT-paket landade i min brevlåda i tisdags och jag kunde inte motstå att sätta tänderna i det på en gång.

Idag har jag altrat en liten ask. Pappren jag använt heter Peace, Love and Joy och Naughty and Nice. Båda pappren kommer från Simple Stories kollektion 25 days of Xmas.

På locket av asken har jag stämplat med en liten snöflinga från Gummiapan som jag sedan embossat i guld. Jag har sedan fäst en shaker över en text från Gummiapan God Jul, även den embossad i guld. I kupan har jag lagt in glitter och några små glaspärlor. Jag har dekorerat med några miniblad, röda rosor och bruna rosor. Jag har också fått plats med några vinröda halvpärlor och ett litet snöre

Här ser man asken lite från sidan. På sidorna har jag stämplat med en större snöflinga.

Det var allt för mig idag! Kika gärna in i webshopen för att se allt fint som finns där!

The photos I used are from this summer when my 5 yo caught his first fish - a rainbow trout about 600 grs.

Today I have a new card to show you that I made with one of Elisabeth Bell's gorgeous digital images.... Frosty the Snowman! It's available in Elisabeth's Digital Gallery.




I've colored the image with my Distress Markers and made the background with dry chalk - love the look of clouds against a blue sky.

The papers are from Inkido, the gorgeous lace is available at Hobbyhärvan (link in my sidebar) and I've used flowers from Wild Orchid.
